Zervava offers subscription services that allow customers to receive selected products automatically every 30 days.
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to this Subscription Policy in addition to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.
Subscription Enrollment
When you purchase a subscription product, you authorize Zervava to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis every 30 days.
By enrolling in a subscription, you agree to receive recurring deliveries of the selected product until the subscription is canceled in accordance with this policy.
Customers who choose a subscription receive the advertised subscription discount, if applicable, in exchange for recurring deliveries every 30 days.
Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew every 30 days unless canceled before the next billing date.
By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method every 30 days without requiring additional authorization for each renewal order.
The amount charged may include the product price, applicable taxes, and any disclosed shipping charges.
Billing
Your payment method will be automatically charged every 30 days according to your subscription schedule.
If payment cannot be processed:
- We may attempt to process the payment again.
- Your subscription may be paused or canceled.
- Future subscription orders may not be fulfilled until payment is successfully received.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing and payment information.
Managing Your Subscription
You may manage your subscription through your customer account or by contacting our customer support team.
You may:
- Update your shipping address
- Update your payment method
- Cancel your subscription
Subscription deliveries occur every 30 days and the delivery frequency cannot be modified.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date.
Cancellation requests submitted after a recurring order has been processed will apply to future subscription renewals only.
Once a subscription order has been processed and entered fulfillment, it cannot be canceled.
Subscription Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify product pricing, subscription discounts, shipping fees, or subscription benefits at any time.
Any changes will apply to future subscription renewals after being posted on our website or otherwise communicated to subscribers where required by applicable law.
Product Availability
If a subscription product becomes unavailable, discontinued, or temporarily out of stock, we may:
- Delay shipment
- Cancel the affected subscription order
- Suspend the subscription
- Offer a comparable alternative product where appropriate
We reserve the right to discontinue any subscription product or subscription program at any time without prior notice.
Returns and Refunds
Subscription orders are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
We do not offer refunds for subscription orders due to:
- Change of mind
- Failure to cancel before the renewal date
- Personal preference
- Unwanted recurring charges resulting from failure to manage or cancel a subscription before renewal
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers may be eligible for a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Changes to Subscription Services
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or update any aspect of our subscription services at any time and without prior notice, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Continued participation in a subscription following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zervava shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from subscription services, recurring billing, delayed shipments, product unavailability, or subscription cancellations.
Our total liability relating to any subscription order shall not exceed the amount paid for the subscription order giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
This Subscription Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Nothing in this Subscription Policy limits any consumer rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
